It is incredible piece of information giving you very wide range of means, methods, and possibilities to heal yourself.

It combines all into one and makes you realize that taking pills and supplements is not the only way to overcome disease.

You need to take a look at your life holistically and find and apply the body-mind or energy healing technics together with your life changes like diet and supporting yourself with relevant supplements in order to come out clean from difficult health conditions.

I myself tried 3 therapies from this place: Reiki (done by Samantha Doyle). hot stone and Indian head massage (done by Liz Tubb) and auricular acupuncture and reflexology (done by Beatrice Salice). 

Those therapies appear to be very helpful with my bile duct condition especially acupuncture and reflexology with Beatrice Salice. Beatrice is amazing person, full of good positive vibes and outstanding professional. I've had 3 sessions with her by the time of writing this text (19/02/2020) each session brings more positive effects. From our first meeting Beatrice is also giving me very useful tips for my mental well being - how to maintain positive state of mind, some tips about my diet and general advice for more positivity and how to take the most out of life, live joyfully and use power of the body to heal. Samantha and Lizz are also outstanding professionals and during their therapies I was given lots of good tips about living the life better and fuller.

Live in the present

Meditation is amazing practice to calm your mind. This is essential part of the healing. You can take all sorts of meds and supplements, apply diets but if your mind is racing the chances are you won't see much positive outcome. The best part of it is that it doesn't take lot of time and if you just do 10 minutes practice everyday you will see very powerful results over the period of time. You can just seat in peaceful place and concentrate and listen to your breath - and you meditate. The idea is that you need to keep your mind in present - not going to the past or the future. I personally do meditation at least twice a day - in the morning and in the evening.

EFT - Emotional Freedom Technic

What is tapping. As the definition from says - it is:

'Tapping is a combination of Ancient Chinese Acupressure and Modern Psychology that works to physically alter your brain, energy system and body all at once.

The practice consists of tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian points while talking through traumatic memories and a wide range of emotions.'

The most known and famous professional in tapping who propagates it across the world is Nick Ortner. He used to be in real estate business and he lost all during the financial crisis of 2008. After that he found himself back and rebuilt his life with tapping. He works closely with his sister Jessica Ortner and they both believe is tapping being being simple, holistic method to resolve many health issues. Tapping has been proved scientifically to work and is part of ETF - emotional freedom technics.
