Eggplant and zucchini parm
This dish is so incredibly good. Beautiful tomato mix on the top with potato melted cheese again and eggplant (or aubergine as we call it in UK) that is forgotten vegetable - will bring so much taste feast to your meal.
Potato nori with alfalfa sprouts, dulse and honey
Potato are one of the most healing foods. Honey enhances their healing properties. Sprouts are just like your best friends, lifting you up and nori and Atlantic dulse make it heaven for sea veggie lovers. Again this can be served with many dips.
